1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bdgane platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Your acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the platform and continues for as long as your account remains open or you continue to use any bdgane service. These terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and bdgane in relation to your use of the platform.

If you are using the platform on behalf of a third party or a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these terms. bdgane reserves the right to require written confirmation of such authority at any time.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bdgane platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Players who do not satisfy all of these requirements at any time are strictly prohibited from using the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bdgane operates a strict 18+ policy and maintains a zero-tolerance approach to underage gambling. Age verification (KYC) is carried out during the registration process and at any subsequent point at bdgane's discretion.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Individuals who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts — for example, due to a court order, guardianship, or declared incapacity — are not permitted to use the platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. bdgane operates as an offshore platform. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location before proceeding.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the bdgane platform or any affiliated platform. Players who have initiated a self-exclusion period must not attempt to register a new account or access an existing account during that period.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one registered account on bdgane. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

bdgane reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bdgane may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account, with withdrawal of funds withheld pending satisfactory verification.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

To place real-money wagers on bdgane, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and chosen payment method details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdgane will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bdgane support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

4.3 Account Security

All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and profile changes made — is your sole responsibility, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. bdgane cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

bdgane employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect data in transit. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing. However, no security system is infallible, and bdgane strongly recommends that Players use a unique, strong password and enable any additional account security features made available on the platform.

4.4 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, bdgane is entitled to require you to complete KYC verification. This typically involves submitting a government-issued photo identity document (e.g., National ID card, passport), a proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement), and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds. KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible format. bdgane reserves the right to refuse documents that are blurred, altered, or otherwise unsatisfactory.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

bdgane accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits processed via mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically confirmed within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by bdgane within the timeframes set out in the cashier section of the platform. Withdrawals to mobile banking accounts (bKash, Nagad) are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and compliance with these terms. bdgane reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or unusual account activity is suspected.

5.3 Currency & Fees

All transactions on bdgane are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied by bdgane to deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees or exchange rates, for which bdgane accepts no responsibility. bdgane does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though expedited withdrawal options (where available) may incur a processing fee disclosed at the time of the request.

5.4 Prohibited Transactions

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use for gambling purposes. The use of third-party payment accounts, stolen payment credentials, or funds derived from criminal activity to fund a bdgane account is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. bdgane reserves the right to freeze and return deposits where there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited transaction activity.

5.5 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdgane may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the cashier section. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees begin to be applied, at the email address registered to their account. Real money balances in dormant accounts will not be forfeited; they remain accessible upon account reactivation following identity verification.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bdgane offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any bonus-specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino games and sports bets contribute a lower percentage. The contribution schedule for each bonus is detailed in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically with no entitlement to compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any time. Depositing while a bonus is active may result in the new deposit being treated as a bonus deposit, subject to the wagering requirements of the active promotion.
• Abuse & Collusion: bdgane monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including coordinated play, arbitrage betting, and the use of multiple accounts to claim a single bonus. Any Player found to have abused a bonus offer will have the bonus and associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: bdgane reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players by email where practicable.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games offered on bdgane — including live dealer games, RNG slots, crash games, and card games — are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming, Spribe, and NetEnt. Game outcomes for RNG titles are determined by certified random number generators that have been independently tested for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game apparatus (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by professional dealers on camera.

Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game rules shall prevail in respect of game-play mechanics, while these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in all other respects.

7.2 Sports Betting

Pre-match and live (in-play) betting markets are available on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, Test matches, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — as well as other sports at bdgane's discretion. Odds are subject to change at any time up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, the odds are fixed for that wager.

bdgane reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or where the outcome has been subject to corruption or match-fixing. Bets placed on events that have already commenced (where in-play betting is not available) will be voided and stakes returned. bdgane's decisions on the settlement of betting markets are final.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or the display of odds or account balances, bdgane reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the Player's account. bdgane will not honour payouts resulting from obvious errors, such as incorrectly displayed odds that are materially different from the fair market price at the time the bet was placed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the bdgane platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with bdgane.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or do not otherwise meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the bdgane platform software or infrastructure.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate account activity in any way not explicitly permitted by bdgane.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, colluding with other Players to exploit promotions, or using arbitrage strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the platform in any way that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, where bdgane has taken reasonable steps to notify users of such restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdgane staff, live dealers, or other Players via any communication channel on or connected to the platform.
• Attempting to gain access to another Player's account, or obtaining another Player's personal or financial information without their explicit consent.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bdgane account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bdgane will process any pending withdrawal of real money funds (subject to satisfactory KYC verification) and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Any bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please refer to the self-exclusion options described in the Responsible Gaming section.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by bdgane

bdgane reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Account inactivity for an extended period in accordance with the dormant account policy.
• A court order or regulatory instruction requiring the closure of the account.

Where an account is closed by bdgane due to a breach of these terms, any real money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no prohibited conduct occurred, the balance will be returned. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bdgane reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

9.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account — whether initiated by you or by bdgane — your right to access the platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature survive termination (including provisions relating to liability, disputes, and intellectual property) shall continue to apply after account closure.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdgane and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the bdgane platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered on it, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including interruptions caused by Force Majeure events.
• Any loss arising from a technical malfunction, server error, or software defect, provided that bdgane takes reasonable steps to restore service and void affected wagers in a timely manner.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• Any action taken by a third-party payment provider, including delays, failures, or fees applied to deposits or withdrawals.
• Any decision made by a sports governing body, event organiser, or officiating authority that affects the outcome of a betting market settled by bdgane in good faith.

Where bdgane's liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, its total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. bdgane does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and browser are adequately protected.

11 Amendments to These Terms

bdgane reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bdgane will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players — typically by publishing a notice on the platform's homepage and, where practicable, by sending an email to the address registered to your account.

Amended terms become effective from the date of publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent change. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the conditions that govern your use of the platform.

Your continued use of the bdgane platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account and cease use of the platform. Requests to close an account on the basis of non-acceptance of amended terms should be directed to [email protected], and any real money balance in the account will be returned subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

bdgane operates as an offshore online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bdgane holds its offshore operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall in the first instance be referred to bdgane's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised with the support team, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the English language in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence. Players in Bangladesh are reminded that bdgane operates as an offshore platform, and that any legal remedy available under applicable Bangladeshi law in respect of disputes with offshore service providers shall remain unaffected by this clause.
